Ok, two things.

1. That picture is almost creepy with the angelic-glow factor.

2. Heard that because of last years Mad Marmot + drunken strolling college kids that SpoCon is moving from GU to somewhere else? (oh rumor mills, where would I be without ye?)

That is what I thought, but the guy I heard it from was reeeeeally sure and even though I was like "But...Chris would have told me..." I remembered how unreliable he is on giving me any helpful info. o_O

I have a question about the "Room Party" at Spocon, do we need to pre-register to join in hosting the party?

If your group wants to provide whatever it is you provide when you host a room party at a convention, you may contact somecallmeTim (timm@spocon.org) until we get the official rules and page up. Each night we have room for 3 or 4 hosts.

There are some special rules and limitations placed on us by GU. We are in one large room and achohol is limited to inside that room.

Will there be any off campus room parties that Spocon-ites will be throwing?

No official off campus parties. I haven't heard of anyone doing anything in the hotel. There might be some "unofficial" off campus parties.

I am happy with the MMSC this year, I can bring my Green Fairies, the Fountain, Spoons, Sugar, and friends and sit around a table and socialize with everyone there.
